Any stocked item can be returned for 7 days after receipt, with the purchaser paying return shipping or postage. If the item is returned in perfect condition with intact packaging, the full purchase price will be refunded promptly. If the item requires new packaging, a 15% restocking charge will apply.
If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the return shipping, and send out a replacement within 3 business days.
Custom manufactured items are not returnable. Custom manufactured items are those items that are specifically made for a customers application. These items include energy vaults, energy management control systems, and non-standard lights.
Our objective is to meet the needs of our customers, and establish a win/win relationship with our vendors and customers.
Our Privacy Policy
Simply put, we do not share data. We work to insure that our customer data is kept secure, using best commercial practices. We save address and e-mail data to provide periodic newsletters for those customers who desire them. We do not store any financial data like credit card numbers, although we do store individual transaction records for accounting and tax purposes. We use a commercial bank to process credit cards, and this bank may keep certain financial data, to allow for refunds to be issued.
