We currently manufacture EPS (expanded polystyrene) panels that are used for building.  These panels are available in thicknesses up to 12 inches thick with an R value approaching R60.  These panels are re-inforced with steels studs of 14 or 16 gauge galvanized steel. 

The panels are available with different grades of EPS foam ranging from a very cost effective recycled product to a high density virgin foam with a load carrying capacity of 25 pounds per square inch.  

The panels are available in 4 foot widths and lengths up to 50 feet.  These panels are certified for construction in FHA homes, and are manufactured of components that are UL listed.
